Let the circus begin - Trump in power
#1
Today they leaked Trump's list of candidates for his cabinet and get this, Sarah Palin is on the short list for Secretary of the Interior.  Yes, I said Sarah Palin.  She is seriously being considered for an executive position.  Let's all just take a moment to let that sink in...

In a way I hope she gets the job because more than likely she will fail.  But she will probably give us plenty to laugh about along the way.  She's good like that, lol.

I don't like the idea of Palin anywhere near anything to do with government.

You have a point, but keep in mind that she has proven she is incapable of holding an executive position.  Her tenure as gov of Alaska was 18 months of pointless fluff.  She cut and ran when the going got tough.  That's her modus operandi.  She's not the conservative shark that they tried to make her out to be; she's just an intellectual desert with a poor work ethic and an eighth grade education, that's it.

(The fact that Palin actually went to college is a moot point in my estimation.  University taught her nothing as proven by her lack of cognition and comprehension skills.  When asked in an interview the woman literally couldn't state which newspapers and news media outlets she read on a daily basis because she didn't read or edify herself; a must for anyone in higher office.  That right there proved she was an empty suit that wasn't worth fearing.)

Look, President Bigot McRacist is easy to butter up and is, apparently, fiercely loyal to people who support him. I can see Palin sinking her claws into that position and will most certainly hold onto it for dear life.

Ironically, Palin is probably the least of our worries when it comes to the Trump administration.  The fact that his vice president is an overt theocrat and has been given the power to design the presidential cabinet and inform policy is something to worry about.

Agreed and now it's looking more and more likely that Pence will end up being President. They're already predicting impeachment with all the legal issues facing Trump.

I think you're onto something here.  Trump hasn't even been sworn in yet it's clear he's going to have issues from the start.  I can easily foresee an impeachment leading to full blown resignation from the office.  The problem with this is that unless Pence is kicked out of office with him we will be really screwed.   This is no joke.  Pence and his cronies are hard core Rightwing assholes.  Trump is a clown but the alternative is not any better in this situation.  It really is like Catch 22.
