BTW, I was thinking for a brief second that I would vote for Gary Johnson but was quickly reminded that the Libertarian party is run by a bunch of mouth-breathing morons who think marijuana is a viable issue in presidential politics.  So, yeah, not gonna vote for that douche.

In talking with friends and family I was surprised to discover that almost everyone I know is fed up with the choices this time around.  Some aren't even going to bother voting.

They should save the "aren't going to bother voting" after Trump loses. Next election will probably have more sane choices. Right now, Trump has too much momentum to simply ignore or cast protest votes.

Yeah but that's the problem, many people feel that there simply is no one in this election worth pulling the lever for.  Like I said, I tried to give Gary Johnson a try but the dude is clueless on so many issues and like all Libertarians he has a preoccupation with smoking pot, which I think is dumb.  And the more I learn about Hillary being owned by special interests, banks, etc., the more repugnant she becomes.  -- And, I just learned that her VP Tim Kaine is owned by Wall Street as much as she is, if not more.  One of the reasons she picked him is because of his fundraising abilities with Wall Street.  This shit has definitely turned off Bernie voters and it's turning off a lot of other people too, myself included.

Of course I'm not going to vote for Trump but I'm not inclined to vote for Hillary either.  The only thing that might sway my vote would be the Supreme Court nomination issue that is sure to come up in the next four years.  Can't have any of those assholes that Trump said he would nominate get on the bench.

Christ, I never thought I'd say this but Joe Biden would make a much better candidate than Hillary.  With luck maybe she will really change minds after tomorrows debate with Trump, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Well, the truth about Trump being a misogynist piece of shit is finally coming out.  What blows my mind is that people have ignored this when it's been obvious from the start.

What blows MY mind is that a recording of him from 2005 talking about how his fame allows him to grab women at his leisure is the line the GOP drew in the sand.

To me, that means they were perfectly fine with all the racist, bigoted, xenophobic, violence-inciting shit he's said until now.

Remember how I was predicting way back when over at GateFans that Trump wouldn't be a serious contender for the presidency?  It was this exact shit that informed my prediction.  This information was right there for everyone to see which is why I can't believe my prediction was wrong.  I mean, people had to actively work at avoiding reality in order to support this turd.

At any rate, the rest of the world seems to finally be catching up with those of us who actually use our brains.  Regardless though, I think the people who took this fucking long to admit the obvious are a bunch of idiots.  No wonder our country is going down the shitter.

Also, I'm not sure that Trump is knocked out of the running yet.  Hillary's speeches are getting nowhere near the amount of spectators as Trump's are.  For instance, today she appeared with Al Gore and yet there were only 750 people there (they crowded the camera frame with people).  Trump on the other hand is getting upwards of 10,000 to 15,000 people at his speeches.  In fact, when he was here in town a couple weeks ago he got so many people they couldn't fit into the arena.  The news reported that 5000 people couldn't get into the event.  So, that makes me wonder what is going to happen on November 8th.  I'm not taking anything for granted.

Went and did early voting yesterday.  It's nice I won't have to mess around with waiting in line on election day.

And no, I did not vote for Donut Twump.

The weird thing about voting early is that now I'm annoyed by all the talk of the election.  It's meaningless to me because I've already rolled the dice.

Oh -- and the Packers fucking lost today, by one fucking point no less.  What a shit sandwich.
