Fixed it for you. 

If you upload it from your PC, it will compress it and mangle it. You can also paste a link to the gif online and it will load it directly, which preserves the gif's frames.

Yeah, this shit just suddenly popped up and was full on crazy.  Fucking Russian trash.  Even if we don't use this site much it would still be nice to keep it clean and easy to use.
